Marisa Scinto is a Senior Advisor with more than 30 years of experience leading hospitality design initiatives across full-service and select-service hotels, including new construction, renovation, and repositioning projects.

Marisa is Principal and Owner of MJS Interior Design, LLC, an independent hospitality design and consulting practice. Previously, she spent more than 20 years with Marriott International in progressively responsible roles, including Director of Interior Design within the Domestic Select Service Studio, with experience spanning international full-service and domestic select-service hotel portfolios.

Earlier in her career, Marisa contributed to major hospitality programs with Elias Design Group and BBGM in New York City, further expanding her experience across a broad range of property types and project environments.

Marisa brings extensive brand knowledge and longstanding relationships across the hospitality community. She is particularly adept at translating owner vision and operational priorities into distinctive design solutions while navigating the standards and requirements of leading hospitality brands.
