With more than 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, commissioning, and facilities management, Jesse Stump advises organizations on complex building systems and capital projects, with expertise in MEP engineering, commissioning, and owner representation.

Most recently, Jesse served as Senior Director of Engineering for Erickson Senior Living, where he led engineering for approximately $2 billion in planned new construction and renovation projects. His career also includes engineering and leadership experience with Parsons Corporation, Northrop Grumman, TA Engineering, and Baltimore Aircoil Company.

Drawing on senior leadership, technical, and owner-side experience, Jesse helps organizations identify project risks early, build consensus around complex technical issues, and ensure building systems perform as intended. His experience spans senior living, government, commercial, and mission-critical environments, including recent design and commissioning reviews for large-scale data center developments.
